A complex mountain system terminating in the north in Cape Williams, bounded to the west by the Rennick Glacier, to the east by the Lillie glacier and to the south by the Canham Glacier. The name is the extension of Bowers Hills applied to the northern end of this feature by the Terra Nova of the BAE, 1910-13.
