Narrative

A peak in the foothills of the Queen Maud Range which rises to about 762m high, standing just west of the terminus of the Axel Heiberg Glacier at the head of the Ross Ice Shelf. Discovered by the Byrd AE, 1908-30, on flights to the Queen Maud Range in November 1929. Named by Byrd for Emanuel Cohen, of Paramount Pictures, who assisted in assembling the motion-picture records of the expedition.
