This name originates from New Zealand. It is part of the New Zealand Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A small beach 200 yards long at Cape Evans on Ross Island. Named in 1911 by the BAE, 1910-13, because it was in front of the headquarters camp.
