A small glacier descending steeply to Robertson Bay in northern Victoria Land, about 2 miles south-east of Penelope Point. First charted in 1899 by the BAE, 1898-1900, which named this feature for Sir John Scott Keltie, then Secretary of the Royal Geographical Society.
