This name originates from Norway. It is part of the Norway Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
Small nunatak at the N side of Boyesennuten, NW-most in Sivorgfjella, Heimefrontfjella in Maudheimvidda. After Kristian Stein, 1901-41, post office clerk. Established one of the first resistance organizations on the west coast. In 1941, the Gestapo infiltrated his organization - 11 (including himself) were executed, and 50 died in concentration camps.
