High bluff at the S end of Greenwich Island, overlooking the S entrance to McFariane Strait, 1.7 mi W of Sartorius Point, in the South Shetland Islands. The name Mount Ephraim was used for this feature by American sealers as early as 1820-22. Air photos show that bluff is the more suitable descriptive term.
