Peak, 2,215 m, standing on the N side of Glitrefonna Glacier in the Sor Rondane Mountains. Mapped by Norwegian cartographers in 1957 from air photos taken by USN Operation HighJump 1946-47 and named for Erik Simensen, photographic expert with the Lars Christensen Expedition to this area 1936-37.
