A mountain about 2915 m above sea level, 2 km east of Mount Egerton. Mount Egerton was discovered by the British National Antarctic Expedition (1901-04) under Captain R.F. Scott, who named it after Admiral G. le C. Egerton, one of Scott's advisers for the expedition.
