Narrative

A glacier flowing WNW into Dotson Ice Shelf between Jeffrey Head and Mount Bodziony on the W side of Bear Peninsula, Walgreen Coast, Marie Byrd Land. Mapped by USGS from aerial photographs taken by USN Operation HighJump in 1947 and USN in 1966. Named by US-ACAN after Mike Zuniga, Chief Aviation Storekeeper, USN, who made seven Deep Freeze deployments between 1960 and 1978.
