This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
Peak rising to 810 m in Friesland Ridge, Tangra Mountains, Livingston Island; 1.55 km WNW of St. Cyril Peak and 1.8 km N of St. Methodius Peak. Steep snow free W slope. Surmounting Ruen Icefall to the N, W and S. Named after the Bulgarian town of Troyan.
