Narrative

A small, shallow round lake which is approximately 100 metres at the widest point, 300 metres in length and 2.5 metres deep in the centre. The lake is permanently frozen throughout the year except for some melt on the water/lake edge in summer. The lake is easily missed when on Lake Henderson and this is largely because it is at a slightly higher elevation. As such, it was referred to as "Hanging Lake".
