Narrative

The deep saddle in Friesland Ridge, Tangra Mountains, bounded by MacKay Peak to the WSW and Tervel Peak to the ENE. Elevation approx. 500 m. Midpoint located 400 m E of MacKay Peak, 1.2 km WSW of Tervel Peak and 1.8 km N of Gabrovo Knoll. Surmounting Peshtera Glacier to the N and Charity Glacier to the S. Named after the Bulgarian city of Pleven.
