This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The peak of elevation 790 m in Bowles Ridge, Livingston Island. Situated next E of Omurtag Pass, and 780 m ENE of the summit Mount Bowles, 2.3 km SW of Melnik Peak, 1.7 km W of Asparuh Peak and 2.6 km NW of Kuzman Knoll. Bulgarian topographic survey Tangra 2004/05. Named after Ticha River in Northeastern Bulgaria.
