This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The glacier on Livingston Island bounded by Rotch Dome to the W, Snow Peak to the N, and Ustra Peak to the SE. Roughly crescent-shaped, extending 13 km in E-W direction, and 4 km in N-S direction. Draining southwards into Walker Bay between John Beach and Hannah Point. Named after Verila Mountain in Western Bulgaria.
