This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The glacier situated S of Greaves Peak and Crutch Peaks, and W of Lloyd Hill. Draining westwards into McFarlane Strait. Extending 2.5 km inland, and 5 km in SSE-NNW direction. Named after the town of Yakoruda in Southwestern Bulgaria.
