This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The rocky point on the NW coast of Smith Island in the South Shetland Islands forming the NE side of the entrance to Vedena Cove. Situated 4 km WSW of Cape Smith, 10.66 km NE of Markeli Point and 1.4 km NW of Matochina Peak. Bulgarian mapping in 2009. Named after Petar Delyan - Czar Peter II of Bulgaria, 1040-1041 AD.
