Baie, appelée aussi Baie Paul-Émile-Victor, est la plus grande baie de la terre Adélie, à l'ouest du territoire, où débouche le glacier du Commandant-Charcot, Nom donné sous la forme Victor Bay, depuis un demi-siècle par les Américains en l'honneur de l'explorateur français des régions polaires. Ce nom, connu sous la forme "Baie Paul-Émile-Victor", a évolué en "Baie Victor".
