Narrative

An ice-covered rock mass, with two smaller outcrops, about 17 km east of Mount McCauley, in the southern Prince Charles Mountains. Discovered from ANARE aircraft during photographic flights in 1956. Named after R.B. Dummett, formerly Managing Director, B.P. Australia Ltd., in recognition of the valuable assistance given to ANARE by the company.
