This name originates from United States of America. It is part of the United States Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
An upland valley at the E side of Harris Ledge in Olympus Range, McMurdo Dry Valleys; the valley opens N to McKelvey Valley. Named by US-ACAN (2004) after Bonnie J. Bratina, Department of Microbiology, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI; with USAP for four seasons at Lake Vanda in the 1990s.
