This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The 1.8 km long and 2 km wide glacier on Smith Island, South Shetland Islands draining the NW slopes of Imeon Range. Flowing N of Mount Christi into Vedena Cove. Bulgarian mapping in 2008 Named after the settlement of Saparevo in Southwestern Bulgaria.
