Approximately 60 miles long, the glacier terminates eastward of Clemence Massif where the confluent ice enters the east side of Lambert Glacier. The name Lednik Lepëhina appears in the Soviet gazetteer Slovar" Geograficheskikh Nazvaniy Antarktiki, 1987. Not: Lednik Lepëhina.
