This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The ice-covered bluff of elevation 1076 m forming the S extremity of Louis-Philippe Plateau on Trinity Peninsula in Graham Land. Situated on the N side of Benz Pass, 1.64 km N by W of Gigen Peak, 13.5 km SE of Mount Ignatiev and 6.62 km SW of Smin Peak. Surmounting Verdikal Gap to the W and Cugnot Ice Piedmont to the ENE. German-British mapping in 1996. Named after the settlement of Drenta in Northern Bulgaria. Approved on December 6, 2010.
