This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The partly ice-free bluff rising to over 700 m on Trinity Peninsula in Graham Land. Situated at the end of a ridge descending eastwards from Louis-Philippe Plateau, 3.65 km S of Windy Gap, 13.54 km WNW of Kribul Hill, 8.41 km NNW of Levassor Nunatak and 6.83 km ENE of Hochstetter Peak. Surmounting Cugnot Ice Piedmont to the SE. German-British mapping in 1996. Named after the settlement of Kukuryak in Southern Bulgaria. Approved on December 6, 2010.
