Narrative

Peak in massif at north end of the Thomas Hills, Pensacola Mountains. It lies south-east of a peak that was previously denoted by spot height 670 m. It forms a massif, of which it is the highest peak, and is surrounded by subsidiary hills and nunataks. Named after Prof Mike Bentley, UK geomorphologist at Durham University, who carried out research in the Pensacola Mountains (2009).
