This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The peak rising to 2300 m in Veregava Ridge in central Sentinel Range, Ellsworth Mountains. Situated 3.53 km NE of Mount Waldron, 4.15 km SE of Sipey Peak, 12.58 km SW of Dickey Peak and 4.95 km NW of Mount Havener. Surmounting Berisad Glacier to the NNW and Hansen Glacier to the SE. US mapping in 1988. Named after the settlement of Kushla in Southern Bulgaria.
