This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The ice-covered ridge extending 14 km in SW-NE direction, 5 km wide and rising to 1550 m on Oscar II Coast, Antarctic Peninsula. Situated between the upper course of Crane Glacier and its tributary Stob Glacier, 15 km NNE of Roundel Dome. Precipitous and partly ice-free N extremity. British mapping in 1964. Named after the settlement of Bersin in Western Bulgaria.
