This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The rocky peak rising to 800 m on the coast of Borima Bay, between Jorum Glacier and Minzuhar Glacier on Oscar II Coast, Antarctic Peninsula. Situated 6.9 km SW of St. Angelariy Peak, 8.82 km W of Diralo Point and 10.55 km NW of Caution Point. British mapping in 1976. Named after Yordan Yordanov, engineer at St. Kliment Ohridski base in 2001/02 and base commander in subsequent seasons.
