This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The 15.5 km long and 5 km wide glacier on Nordenskjöld Coast in Graham Land situated S of Dinsmoor Glacier and ENE of Boryana Glacier. Draining the NE slopes of Gusla Peak and adjacent slopes of Detroit Plateau further N, the S slopes of Ivats Peak and the W slopes of Mount Elliott, and flowing southwards into Mundraga Bay next E of Boryana Glacier. British mapping in 1978. Named after the ancient Thracian town of Desudava in Southwestern Bulgaria.
