This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The rocky ridge extending 12.7 km in E-W direction, 2.2 km wide, and rising to 910 m (Mount Baleen) in Aristotle Mountains on Oscar II Coast in Graham Land. Surmounting Rachel Glacier to the N and Starbuck Glacier to the S. British mapping in 1976. Named after the settlement of Padesh in Southwestern Bulgaria.
