This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The narrow rocky hill extending 3.8 km in WNW-ESE direction, 530 m wide, and rising to 200 m on the N side of the terminus of Rachel Glacier in Aristotle Mountains on Oscar II Coast in Graham Land. Situated on the SE side of Krupen Ridge, 10.4 km SSW of Sandilh Point, 8.4 km NNE of Mount Queequeg, and 6.9 km ENE of Mount Baleen. British mapping in 1976. Named after the Bulgarian writer Stoyan Mihaylovski (1856-1927), in connection with the eponymous settlement in Northeastern Bulgaria.
