This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The 7 km long and 2.5 km wide glacier in Austa Ridge on Oscar II Coast in Graham Land situated SE of Jorum Glacier and NE of Chernoochene Glacier. Flowing east-southeastwards along the N slopes of Mount Birks to enter Spillane Fjord WSW of Caution Point. British mapping in 1976. Named after the settlement of Veselie in Southeastern Bulgaria.
