This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The rock off the NW coast of Robert Island in the South Shetland Islands situated 420 m W of Heywood Island, 850 m N of Rogozen Island and 1.64 km E of Potmess Rocks. Extending 270 m in ENE-WSW direction and 50 m wide. British mapping in 1968 and Bulgarian mapping in 2009. Named after the settlement of Suhache in Northern Bulgaria.
