This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The rocky island off the NW coast of Low Island in the South Shetland Islands situated 440 m SW of Cape Wallace and 1.3 km NNE of Fernandez Point. Extending 510 m in ESE-WNW direction and 340 m wide. British mapping in 2009. Named after the settlement of Zebil in Northeastern Bulgaria.
