This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The rocky island off the N coast of Low Island in the South Shetland Islands situated 1.44 km E of Cape Wallace. Extending 640 m in SW-NE direction and 520 m wide. Separated from Limets Peninsula by a 60 m wide passage. British mapping in 2009. Named after the settlements of Prisad in Northeastern and Southeastern Bulgaria.
