This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

The ice-covered saddle of elevation 1100 m extending 1.6 km in the NW foothills of Detroit Plateau on Danco Coast in Graham Land, and connecting Perkos Dome on the S to Kaliva Range on the NW. Situated 30.4 km SE of Cape Sterneck (Herschel). Part of the glacial divide between Wright Ice Piedmont to the E and Breguet Glacier to the W. British mapping in 1978. Named after the settlement of Sinitovo in Southern Bulgaria.
