Feature type: Water body
This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A small lake in the north of Nelson Icecap, formed by the melted snow on the rock slope in the south. The water flows from the mouth in the north-west of Qing Hu into Niudu Hu which is west to it. The water is so clean that we can see the bottom of the lake covered by rocks and sand. It was named when surveying and mapping in 1986.
