This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The point projecting 2 km into Crates Bay on the NE coast of Stresher Peninsula on Graham Coast in Graham Land. Situated 5.1 km SSE of Starmen Point, 1.4 km SE of Conway Island and 3 km SW of the point formed by Lens Peak. British mapping in 1976. Named after the settlement of Bregare in Northern Bulgaria.
