This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The sharp ice-covered peak of elevation 2150 m in the W foothills of Avery Plateau on Loubet Coast in Graham Land. Situated 13.66 km SE of Rubner Peak, 14 km SSE of Sokol Point on Darbel Bay, 9.63 km SW of the nearest of Zilva Peaks, and 12.1 km N of Hutchison Hill. Surmounts Widdowson Glacier to the W and a tributary to that glacier to the NE. British mapping in 1976. Named after Donka Ushlinova (1880-1937), a participant in the Bulgarian liberation movement in Macedonia, much decorated for her bravery in the 1912-1918 wars of Bulgarian national unification.
