This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The ice-covered point on the SW side of the entrance to Linevo Cove on the SE coast of Smith Island in the South Shetland Islands. Situated 6.9 km SW of Cape Smith, 10 km NE of Sredets Point and 2.9 km SE of Mount Christi. Bulgarian mapping in 2009. Named after the settlement of Kubadin in Southeastern Bulgaria.
