This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

The rocky peak rising to 1300 m on the W coast of Pernik Peninsula, Loubet Coast in Graham Land. Situated 4.6 km S of Zhelev Peak, 12.2 km NNW of Armula Peak, 14 km ENE of Bartholin Peak and 15.6 km SE of Hooke Point. Steep and partly ice-free W and SE slopes. Surmounts Lallemand Fjord to the W, Haefeli Glacier to the SE, and the lower courses of Finsterwalder Glacier and Sharp Glacier to the S. British mapping in 1978. Named after the settlement of Erovete in Southern Bulgaria.
