This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The triangular flat and rocky low-tide elevation off the NW coast of Snow Island extending 400 m in E-W direction and 210 m wide. Situated 450 m NW of Byewater Point, 3.74 km SW of Bizone Rock and 760 m WSW of Korsis Island. Bulgarian mapping in 2009.
Named after the settlement of Gergini in Northern Bulgaria
