This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The oval rocky point on the NW coast of Livingston Island, South Shetland Islands projecting 250 m north-northwestwards into Zornitsa Cove in Barclay Bay. Situated 3 km ENE of Rowe Point, 6.4 km SE of Frederick Rocks and 5.82 km S of Scesa Point. Bulgarian mapping in 2005, 2009 and 2017.
Named after the Bulgarian artist Jules Pascin (Julius Pincas, 1885-1930).
