This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The rocky point in northeastern Astrolabe Island in Bransfield Strait forming the N extremity of the island surmounted by Dragons Teeth. Situated 3.95 km NE of Raduil Point and 2.17 km N of Drumohar Peak. German-British mapping in 1996.
Named after Kanarata Peak in Rila Mountain, Bulgaria.
