This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The oval-shaped 250 m long in SE-NW direction and 140 m wide lake near the W extremity of South Beaches on Byers Peninsula, Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands. Surface area 2.7 ha. Separated from Raskuporis Cove waters by a 55 to 70 m wide strip of land. Centred 1.8 km E of Devils Point, 800 m ESE of Lucifer Crags, 1 km SW of Wasp Hill and 680 m N of Sevar Point.
Named after the Siren nymphs of Greek mythology.
