A large mountain massif immediately east of Lanterman Range, between the upper Sledgers Glacier and Leap Year Glacier, in the Bowers Mountains.
Mapped by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) from ground surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1960-64. The descriptive name was applied by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN). When viewed in plan, the outline of the massif resembles a molar tooth.
