Glacier about 75 km long, the central of three glaciers flowing from west of Kohler Range into Getz Ice Shelf, between Wright Island and Martin Peninsula.
Named for the 2018 meeting of the Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) which met in Incheon to consider the Special Report on Global Warming of 1.5°C. This was the first time that the three IPCC WGs worked together to produce a report in an interdisciplinary manner.
