Narrative

A mountain and two ridges, in Oates Land about 44 km south of Cape Buromskiy. Photographed by USN Operation Highjump (1946-47), the Third Soviet Maritime Antarctic Expedition in 1958 and ANARE in 1959. The feature was visited by an airborne survey party from the Soviet expedition and called Gory L'va Berga after the Soviet Geographer, Academician L. Berg.
