Narrative

A sharp, conical peak, slightly truncated when viewed from the north-west. Situated on the western end of a group of low peaks ESE from Mt. Hollinghead in the Prince Charles Mountains. Sighted in January, 1957, by the ANARE southern party led by William G Bewsher. Named after J S Bunt, biologist at Mawson in 1956.
