Narrative

An isolated, almost flat-topped, steep-sided rock outcrop in the southern Prince Charles Mountains on the western side of the Lambert Glacier, in Mac.Robertson Land. Discovered in November, 1956, during a photographic flight by an ANARE aircraft. Named after D.H. Johns, physicist at Mawson in 1957.
