Narrative

A rocky bench on the southern side of Beaver Lake, Mac.Robertson Land, about 3 m above the surface of the lake. The bench is littered with slabs of sandstone. Visited by ANARE survey parties in 1957, 1958, 1959 and 1969.The name is descriptive.
